Hats are vegan suede which is 100% polyester. We order the blank hats from our supplier and complete all the design freehanded.

Hats features a wire in the brim that allows the hat to be curved or shaped into a cowboy brim.

Adult Sizing: 20-24.5”

Youth Sizing: 17-22.25”

All hats feature a ribbon inside that allows you to adjust sizing by tying

The design of the hat is burned using a pyrography pen which is like a wood burning pen. Our artist free hands everything onto the hat meaning no stencils and no 2 hats are exactly alike.

You can add a name or phrase to most products. we also offer chin straps and weatherproofing on hats.

Due to the personalized nature of our custom hand burned hats, all sales are final on customized products. Each piece is crafted with care, featuring a one-of-a-kind design made specifically for you. All designs are also freehanded onto the hat. Because of this level of customization, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
