Hats are vegan suede. We order the blank hats from our supplier and complete all the design freehanded.

The design of the hat is burned using a wood burner. Our artist freehands everything onto the hat meaning no stencils and no 2 hats are exactly alike.

We offer hats on demand or as pictured. These are hats that are ready to wear and be shipped to you.
You also have the option to custom popular designs and styles under “Basic Custom” by selecting your preferred style and color.

We ask that customers allow 2-3 week lead time as everything is made to order. If there is an issue with supply or timeline, we will contact you directly.
Casper & Fox
My name is Cassandra and I live in Northern Minnesota with my family. I’ve traveled around most of my life but my love for nature and art has been consistent. To this day, my mom still calls me Dood (pronounced Dude) which is an abbreviation of Doodle Bug, assigned to me based on my constant drawing.
Like everyone else, as I grow up, my visions and hopes changed. I graduated college, completed my Masters, worked in research, and found a job that I love. Yet, I always secretly wanted to do something with my art. I just didn’t think I was good enough.
In comes Casper & Fox. I had seen hat branding elsewhere and wondering how my art would look on the hats. I started to dig a little deeper and when an unexpected opportunity presented itself, I took it.
Casper & Fox launched in March 2025 and we hit the ground running. I hope you find what you are looking for in our store. If not, I can’t wait to work with you to bring a beautiful work of art to your closet.
All of our hats are freehanded meaning that I do not use stencils. I simply look at my concept drawing or nature images for inspiration and use the brand to draw directly onto the hat.
