Custom Hats & Artwork

Your idea. My artistry. One-of-a-kind work.

Ready to Create Something One of a Kind?

Have an idea you'd love to see brought to life? I'd love to hear about it. Reach out to start your custom inquiry. We'll talk through your vision, determine the design details, and take it from there.

Every Casper & Fox custom begins with your vision and is brought to life through my own artistic style. Whether you have a specific design in mind or just a few ideas to get started, we'll work together to create a piece inspired by what matters to you.

All custom artwork is freehanded by hand, without stencils or lasers. This means your finished piece will be unique to you, with the natural character and detail of original artwork.

How the Custom Process Works

1. Share Your Vision

Reach out with your ideas, inspiration, or design elements you'd like to incorporate. You don't need to have every detail figured out! Whether you're envisioning a northwoods theme, a favorite plant, or a combination of meaningful elements, we'll start by working through your ideas.

2. Review Your Custom Description & Invoice

Once we've discussed the details, I'll put together a custom description and invoice outlining the agreed-upon design elements and your custom's cost.

Please review these carefully before submitting payment. This is your opportunity to make sure the design elements, details, and overall scope reflect what you want.

Your approved description defines the scope of your custom. Requests to add elements or make changes beyond what was originally agreed upon may require additional payment. Once payment is submitted, the agreed-upon design is considered confirmed.

3. Approve Your Concept Drawing

After payment, I'll create a concept drawing to establish the general composition, placement, and inclusion of your requested design elements.

You'll have the opportunity to provide feedback through up to two rounds of revisions so we can refine the concept before I begin the final artwork. Revisions are intended to fine-tune the agreed-upon design, not to develop an entirely new concept or substantially expand its scope.

A note about concept drawings: These drawings are guides, not exact previews of the finished product. Because every design is freehanded, the final artwork will naturally differ in detail, linework, and execution from the concept drawing.

4. Approve & Create

Once you've approved the concept, I'll begin freehanding your design onto your piece. This is where the artwork comes to life, with the details, texture, and individual character that make Casper & Fox customs unique.

Because the finished design is created freehand rather than traced or reproduced, some variation from the concept drawing is expected. The approved concept guides the overall composition and placement, while the final artwork reflects my own artistic process and style.

A Few Things to Know Before You Begin

  • Your invoice matters. Please make sure your custom description includes everything you want before paying. Additional requests after payment may incur extra charges.

  • Concept revisions are limited. Up to two rounds of feedback are included to refine the original concept. Extensive revisions or significant changes in direction may require an additional fee or a separate custom arrangement.

  • Your finished piece will be unique. I don't use stencils or lasers for my custom artwork. Every design is freehanded, so exact replication of a reference image or concept drawing isn't possible.

  • Trust the process. Your concept drawing establishes the overall design and placement, while the finished piece brings that vision to life through my own artistry.

Custom Pricing Guide

Every Casper & Fox custom is an original, freehanded piece of artwork. Pricing is based on the surface area being burned, the complexity of the design, and any additional details or finishing touches.

Below is the general pricing structure. Each custom price is at the discretion of the artist based on design complexity. Your custom description and invoice will outline the agreed-upon design and final price before payment. Please review both carefully to ensure everything you want is included.
