We are committed to ensuring you love your design! Before burning begins, we will work with you via the method you contacted us to finalize your design. Once the design is approved (the invoice included here, approved by paying) and the burning process has started, no changes can be made. Due to the personalized nature of our custom hand-burned hats, all sales are final. Because of this level of customization, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
