We are committed to ensuring you love your design! Before burning begins, we will work with you to finalize your concept, allowing for adjustments to ensure it aligns with your vision. Once the design is approved (the invoice included here) and the burning process has started, no changes can be made. Due to the personalized nature of our custom hand-burned hats, all sales are final. Because of this level of customization, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
